How do I set up Google Pay on my smartphone?

You want to pay at Goozen (and many other places) without having to type in your card details each time? With Google Pay, you deposit your bank card securely on your smartphone and then pay with just one click.

Here is the step-by-step guide for Android users:

1. Open the app

On most Android smartphones, the necessary app is already preinstalled.

  • Search for the app on your phone"Google Wallet"(formerly, the app was often called "Google Pay").

2. Add map

  1. Open the Google Wallet app.

  2. Tap the button in the bottom right"Add to wallet"(usually a plus sign+).

  3. Select"Payment"out.

  4. Tap on"New credit or debit card". .

3. Enter data

Now you can easily scan your card:

  • Hold your bank card (credit or debit card) in the camera frame. The app usually reads the number and expiration date automatically.

  • Alternatively, you can type in the data manually.

  • Give themCVC numberone (the 3 digits on the back of the card).

4. Confirmation by your bank

For your safety, your bank must confirm that it is you.
