In order to receive payments via Goozen, we (or our partner Stripe) set up a merchant account for you. Due to legal regulations (Money Laundering Act / "Know Your Customer"), some data is requested.
To ensure that setup is done in minutes, it's best to prepare the following information and documents:
This data must correspond exactly to the commercial register.
Official company name:(e.g. B. "Müller Gastronomie GmbH")
Commercial Register number:(usually starting with HRB...)
VAT ID (VAT number):(begins in Germany with DE...)
Company address:seat of society.
The person opening the account must be eligible to represent (e.g. B. the managing director).
Full name
Birth date
Private address:(Important: HereNotthe company address, but the reporting address of the manager for identity verification).
Stripe is required to check who owns the company.
You need names and email addresses of everyone who25% or morehold shares in the GmbH.
Ibanbusiness account. (Make sure that the account runs in the name of the GmbH, not a private person).
Usually, data entry is sufficient. However, if the system is unable to verify the data automatically, you will be asked to upload evidence. Have them best as PDF or photo (in color!)Parate:
Id:ID card (front and back) or passport of the manager.
Commercial Register:A current copy (preferably not older than 6 months).
Name does not match:Enter the company name exactly as it is in the commercial register (including legal form).
Home address vs. Company address:Do not confuse your place of residence with the company headquarters when it comes to "Personal data." This often leads to delays in the review.
Blurred photos:If you need to upload an ID, make sure nothing reflects and all four corners are visible.
Once you have entered this data, your account will usuallyImmediately or within 24 hoursUnlocked and you can receive payments through Goozen.
